- Can you replatform without downtime?
- Yes — we use a strangler-fig pattern: new platform comes online behind the old, traffic is routed gradually, and the legacy is decommissioned only after parity is proven.
- Do you build custom CMS?
- Rarely. We prefer open headless tools (Sanity, Payload) and customise heavily. Building a CMS from scratch is almost never the right call.
