Triptych Interactive is a strategy, design, and development studio in Chattanooga, TN. We've been making interactive things on the web — and in museums, lobbies, and apps — since 2007.

Show, don't tell
We'd rather demonstrate a capability than describe it. Every page on this site is supposed to be evidence of how we work.

Awe without volume
Cinematic, slow, confident. The medium is loud enough — our job is to make it feel intentional.

Accessibility is the floor
Reduced-motion and no-WebGL fallbacks are first-class, not consolation prizes. WCAG 2.2 AA at every shipping moment.

Depth as a verb
We design for the way attention moves: opening, deepening, resolving. Not for the way a sitemap looks.

Show off where the brand needs to. The rest of the site is for the people who came back to read.
02Place
Built in Chattanooga, shipped worldwide.
Chattanooga is one of the fastest-connected cities in the world — EPB's public-power fibre network was the first 10-gig-to-home municipal build in the US, and our quantum network site for them shipped from the same building it operates in. The internet here is fast and the rent is patient. It changes the work.
We hire and stay here on purpose. Most of our engineers and designers could have moved to a coast. They chose Chattanooga for the same reason our clients keep choosing us: the work matures when the bandwidth is good and the noise is low.
03Timeline
2007
Triptych founded in Chattanooga. First clients: regional brands and early-stage startups.
2011
First museum installation. The discipline of "the interaction is the lesson" gets its name.
2014
WebGL practice opens. First Three.js scenes in production.
2018
Platform practice expands. Headless CMS becomes the default.
2021
Cloud + AI work moves to a third of revenue. Microsoft + The Atlantic ships.
2024
Quantum network site for EPB. NCMA samurai exhibit. Triptych's eighteenth year.
2026
Cleanest stack of our careers. The next decade starts now.
