Buyers were committing to lots they hadn't seen and renderings they didn't trust.

03Approach

Per-lot 3D renders, an interactive site plan, and a season-cycle viewer that shows the neighbourhood across the year. Tied to a Salesforce-backed CRM.

04Outcome

Time-to-deposit on lots accelerated. Sales team stopped sending PDFs.
