Fortera's old site spoke in product features. Members spoke in moments — buying a house, surviving a year, saving for a kid.
03Approach
We restructured the IA around member moments, refreshed the brand expression, and shipped a fast, accessible site with a flexible block-based CMS.
04Outcome
Time-to-product on the main funnel cut in half. Member NPS on the site experience moved up materially.
