A recruiting platform that walks candidates through real agent scenarios — desert, snow, city — rendered as low-poly 3D worlds with branching narrative beats.
02Problem
The FBI's standard recruiting funnel underperformed with technical and STEM candidates. They needed something that respected the audience's intelligence.
03Approach
Three scenario-worlds — desert, snow, city — built as scrollable, gently interactive 3D scenes. Each scene branches into a role family. We wrote the copy alongside FBI public affairs.
04Outcome
Recruitment qualification rates lifted; the platform is still in production. Internal teams have asked to extend it to two more divisions.
