    Weeks 1 – 3

    Understand your business, your audience, and the truth of the brief. Stakeholder interviews, content audit, competitive scan, AI readiness check. Most projects change shape here — and that's the point.

    Strategy

    Weeks 3 – 5

    Decide the moves. A clear thesis, a measurable outcome, and the smallest scope that gets us there. Strategy isn't a deck — it's the contract for the rest of the build.

    Design + Prototype

    Weeks 5 – 12

    Make the artefact. Working prototypes — Figma is the artboard, code is the spec. Tested with real users, refined against real constraints, ready to engineer.

    Build + Ship

    Weeks 10 – 22

    Engineered, accessible, performant. Shipped behind feature flags so the rollout can stay calm. We run weekly preview deploys against your stakeholders the whole way.

    Measure + Iterate

    Quarter onward
